Service area & emergency availability
We primarily serve Spokane and the greater Inland Northwest. For sites outside that area, reach out and we’ll confirm coverage or coordinate a visit.
After-hours & weekend support is available for critical issues (e.g., dishmachine outages, chemical feed failures). For urgent assistance, call (509) 294-2005.
SDS, compliance training, and safety audits
Yes. We provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for every product—delivered as a printable binder and a digital/QR copy posted in the dish room and laundry. Each install includes:
Labeling & wall charts (dilution/mix, color-coded tips, PPE)
Staff training on safe handling, storage, first aid/eyewash, and spill response
Documentation for inspections (SDS, service logs, calibration records)
We can also conduct periodic safety/compliance refreshers and help prep for health-department audits.
How onboarding works (and staff training)
Site assessment – water quality check, equipment inventory, workflow review.
Program design – chemical set & dilution ratios, dispenser locations, PM schedule.
Install & calibration – mount/label dispensers, set feed rates, verify temps/TDS/pH.
Team training – dishroom/laundry procedures, safety, daily checks, who to call.
Go-live support – first-week check-in to fine-tune dosing and procedures.
Ongoing service – scheduled PM visits + emergency on-call when needed.
Most sites go live in a few business days (timing depends on equipment and access).
